I hope you got some money, cuz this one's gonna break the bank:

Hot water.

This is why you paid the extra for a more durable surface like porcelain instead of going with vinyl. Enjoy it!! All it should take for most normal cleaning is plain clear hot water. Every once in a while (maybe once every 3-4 months) add some oxyclean to the water, and that should take care of anything that might be a bit tougher to get out.

Again, the oxyclean would be just for occasional cleaning. You're right-- it wouldn't be a good idea to use it on a regular basis-- you'd be sealing every couple of months.

OxyClean is fine, but ANY "Neutral PH" cleaner is OK.

Bill, will the hot water damage any sealers on the tile/grout? Also, what about those steam machines I see people using? Are they safe for tile, meaning will they not damge the sealer? After all the work involved in sealing our tile I'm terrified of causing it a short life time so I want to be careful with what I use. I bought a balanced PH cleaner, but if hot water or steam will do the job, I'm all for that.
