The city of Arroyo Grande (right next to me in Pismo Beach) has instituted the same program. They are now paying 50 cents per square foot. They do have people go out and visit the residents to make sure they actually have a watered lawn and then they return when it's been removed to confirm that. It's pretty simple. They almost got to the point of mandating drip systems as well but I've started doing a series of monthly seminars for them, with the public invited, and I'm dismissing the effectiveness of drip systems. They don't have a list of appropriate trees that they promote but my seminars include a LONG list of plants that are drought tolerant. This all works because these are people who have made time to come and hear this information. The City of AG is not going around being "sustainable" police. First create a Restore point. Then if you need to roll back you will lose nothing from any other work that has been done on your computer. Many programs leave all kinds of things behind when removed. Could be lazy or incompetent programmers, some files could be deliberate to check year over year. This is where programs like Ccleaner shine, their job is to locate these orphan files. Personally I would remove all but the 2 below - if I bothered at all. 3 No reference to Intuit as I can see. 16 Caution. While it may well be Intuit it appears likely an HP printer file. Possibly for Intuit but can you be certain? There will likely be no adverse effect from the things left behind, they are much like that old coat or shoes left in the closet.

Don't clean up to much! When in doubt don't do anything. I have seen a lot of problems when cleaning up too much. Leave all those programs listed there as is. The only thing you need to do is run TFC, CCleaner, ATF. Then do a defrag. Then check out what's starting up with windows and get a hold of the unnecessary start ups. Startuplite is a good program to use for that from Malwarebytes. Once the computer is running good , flush out the System Restore points by turning system restore off and back on. D, Not to over promote or beat REVO to death I have a current example of its service. I just removed WinAmp Full with REVO in readiness to install a current version. WinAmp is a long time and reputable application so a user could assume it had a capable on-board uninstaller. As suggested above, I selected Advanced mode and then engaged REVO. After the on-board uninstaller finished REVO took over. It located 4300 orphaned registry entries, and 1400 orphaned files and folders. These are REVO's numbers not mine. All entries were easily removed. There is the worth of REVO. DA
