So I right click on the folder instead of opening the folder and doing each individual picture? That is what I did, I right clicked on the pictures not the folder. I am trying to find out what I did wrong. Is that what I did wrong?

I am trying to make sure that I understand this part of it. So I would go to my computer and right click on the usb drive and click paste from there?

ok so you are talking about a little usb flash thumb drive not a usb external hard drive right?
I do mine this way for either the folder or the pics or files, right click on the item the go down to copy to or send to and select the usb drive.

there are many ways to do it, you can drag and drop to the usb drive, you can copy and paste as stated, just depends on what you prefer but no matter what you do be absolutely sure before you remove the drive from your usb port you use the safely remove icon down below the clock in the systray. Click it select the drive and wait till it tells you it is safe to remove it, not doing so can damage the drive and the pc.

Your advice is much taken and very much appreciated. I am sure the problem that I had has to do with what I did because when I went to check to see if the picture's had gone into the USB Drive they were there and there were no doubles inside the drive.
Verbatim has a return policy if there is a defect you can return it back to where you purchased it or you can call them.

Oh now I know what I did wrong, I just chose copy not copy to and that is probably why I ended up with extra copys of those pictures inside the folder, still somehow I managed to get the photos inside the drive. "LOL" Thank you for telling me how you do it.

I saw that on another post and so I did make sure it told me that it was safe to remove it before I did it. Thanks for the reminder though, it never hurts to be repeated.

Doesn't that Verbatim come with a U3 application already installed. If so when you connect it...it should put an icon on your System Tray/Notification Area. When finished just double click on the U3 icon and a small window will appear in the lower right quadrant. Select Eject. The thumb drive will be safely removed from the system, both icons (the Windows Safely Remove too) will disappear and you will receive a report telling you it is safe to physically remove the drive.

Yes it does put an icon on my System Tray/Notification Area.

When finished just double click on the U3 icon and a small window will appear in the lower right quadrant. Select Eject.

When I double click on the Icon a box pops up and says this. Select the device that you want to unplug or eject, and then click Stop. When Windows notifies you that it is safe to do so unplug the device from your computer.
Under Hardware Devices:
USB Mass Storage Device

I highlight USB Mass Storage Device and then click Stop and another box pops up and says,Confirm devices to be stopped. Choose OK to continue. Windows will attemp to stop the following devices, after the devices are stopped they may be removed safely.
I highlight Verbatim Store'n'Go and click on OK. I hear a little pop noise and everything in that box including the one that I highlighted (Verbatim) disappears and so does the icon. That's when I know to pull out the USB Drive.

That pop noise as I call it is a normal windows sound not a problem with the computer. Kind of like when I turn my printer on Windows makes a noise to let me know it has connected.

That's about it, I hope that I explained it well enough for you to understand.

The main thing is to not pull it out when the light is lit.

The light is off when the message says it is ok to remove.

IF it is U3 equipped it will place a U3 icon along with the windows "Safely Remove Hardware Icon". The next time you have it connected look for the U3 icon. You might have to expand the Notification Area.
