unfortunately no Mike it could be enemies or those frienimies that once were friends and are no longer, often times they would do things like that simply because they can and they know it would be upsetting. Those people likely would not honor a request to please not do that. Or people that just get off on being A-holes they seem to be abundant. Also some people have been in groups or clubs etc and are no longer part of them, pictures of groups end up and not everyone in the group pic said it was ok to plaster their image every where. In fact I have been in pictures as a by stander and found my pic, had no idea it was there was never asked to be in a picture or to have it posted. Used to they had to ask permission to use your pictures and get signed release forms. Not to mention just being the polite thing to do. the thing about facebook is the opt out feature not opt in which makes if a bit different ballgame.

Why have you tolerated this apparently-repeated behavior? You're not looking real good yourself right now as a woman, wife, or mother. "He used to call me up from the bar and tell me how much he loves me and that he's sitting there telling his friends about his wife and how much he loves me." And you tolerated that, too? Astonishing! "Does anyone have any advice? I don't know what to do." Of course you do. You just haven't allowed yourself freedom from your emotions sufficiently to think clearly about it. Hopes and wishes aren't going to handle this. You've got a real sleaze on your hands. For your children, if not yourself, get out of there. Do it yesterday. "I'm just devastated." And you have been for a while. Get over it. Things are as they are. Wishing they were different hasn't accomplished anything and never will. No sense wallowing in this hopelessness. It's a very real problem requiring a very rational decision. Your emotion and self-pity are obstructions to the actions required. Put them on the shelf, gird you loins, and do what needs to be done. In addition to getting free of this jerk, it appears to me you've got some work to do on yourself.

I definitely could and would delete it with out opening it. I have NO facebook and NEVER will however I get emails supposedly from face book about my account and related junk again I HAVE NO ACCOUNT!! It is all BS. Opening suspicious emails leads to trouble. Facebook is one of the easiest sites to hack it does not matter how secure your password is written. The code that facebook is written with is sloppy and they don't really care because after all they don't care about privacy that has been their stance all along. To see for yourself simply go to google and search hack facebook the directions are right there. Here it is in fact if you just type the word hack in the google search box the first option that pops up is hack facebook! That is how often it is searched that it is number one in the results. hack Facebook they even have nice little youtube videos to help you see how to do it.

I've gotten the message to add a phone number or contact -- and will not; it isn't necessary. They just want to vacuum up as much info about us as possible, and I give facebook as little information as possible - won't fill out the profile. I already suspect them of rummaging through my email address book -- how else could they have known about and suggested a "friend" that my only contact was via a few emails (not a contact of anyone that I was connected with on facebook). I have to use it for work communication (my department has a private facebook page) and I like to use it for my neighborhood's page. But that is all. No personal posts.
