They will customize the colors in any of their deco liners, but they are not cheap (approx $12.95 for a 1 x 6" custom liner tile). I copied their revival line drawings and mocked up different color combos on my computer to see which pattern and which order to do the colors. I am 99% sold on using these but the cost is making me do one more search to see if I can find similar.

That pic isn't much to work off. I blew it up to try and see some detail. Unfortunately I can't add resolution, so it's not clear. It appears to be a marble (due to tone and color variations) marquis or octagon or something, combined with blue and brown hashings. HTH:

Johnson Tile makes a line of white and biscuit tiles -- you can get 3 x 6, 4 x 8 and 4 x4. You can get plain or crackle. We used the 3 x 6 biscuit crackle in the powder room and the 4 x8 plain white in the master. The tiles are very flat like the original subway tiles. They are machine made so priced less than hand made, but they have a nice quality which is almost like hand made. There is a nice choice of skirting tile, chair rails and cap tiles. The line is the "Studio" collection within the Johnson Minton Hollins collection. It is a UK company but they have a major distribution warehouse in New Jersey and they are sold through many tile stores. The entire brochure is viewable at the Johnson website.

mrspete, I appreciate the concern, but if someone really wanted in our house bad enough they can just walk around back and take their pick of sliding glass doors. We live out in the country and there isn't much opportunity for someone to slip up to the front door and knock a window out. If someone's picked your house specifically, yes, they're going to find a way; however, all the statistics say that most burglars enter through the front door, and those stationary pier glass windows break much more easily than a sliding glass door, which is made of double pane tempered glass. A more secure front door won't stop a determined burglar, but it will likely make him walk on down the road to an easier target. Your strongest point is that you live in the country. Home burglaries tend to occur more often in residential neighborhoods -- partly because home burglars tend to be young men who don't venture far afield to commit their crimes.
