Computer won't shut down

I know it has been asked before, because I remember reading it.

Windows gets stuck and I have to manually turn off, my computer which is not good for my computer.

There are two likely sources of the problem one being:

I have had problems with this darn key board and I cannot afford another, they had new drivers had the Ideazon site that completely froze my comp during installation. It seems to be doing that to a lot of people. The program never showed up in the control panel. When I tried to uninstall the Ideazon Merc MM USB Human Inter Face Device, my comp froze also...maybe I was only supposed to delete the HID keyboard device and leave the rest alone?

I followed the uninstall walkthrough and then just unplugged the sucker and restarted my computer and plugged it back in...although I didn't get a balloon saying "new hardware detected" like I used to.

As far as Ideazon support, they almost killed my laser mouse and ruined my Morrowind CD with the instructions they have already given me. Ideazon = HYPE.

Two:

I thought I'd better download and install critical updates from Microsoft. My thinking being that is why the keyboard did not work. It was a lot downloads...Net Framework was pretty big and I don't know why I needed it. I didn't download one of them, not realizing there were two big ones, until after the download. It certainly didn't hurt me without them, but I seem to be a little over-encumbered now.

'nother possible cause could be Morrowind plugins from the internet. Ayse's and JDoobys work are often in Chinese...beautiful work though. I had had their stuff installed before this started happening and before the asstional Microsft downloads.

A summary of my computer:
