Hello Spencersmom, What I'm doing is downloading from my digital camera. I have the Kodak easy share program. I select the pictures. I then send them to my documents. Then go to my photo bucket account, select the pictures I would like to share from my documents. Send the pictures from my documents to Photo bucket. Then try to resize them there. Obviously I'm doing something wrong or missing a step. Probably both

If you use MS Office 2003, you should have MS Office Picture Manager. Chose this to open your jpg (photo) file. Once it opens, at the top menu, select "Picture". Depends on how large your photos are, you can either chose "Compress" and/or "Resize" to make the photo smaller size. Then, save it to another name. When I have a 1.5 MB size photos, I normally do both, compress first then, resize. Here's step-by-step instruction: 1) Open file in MS Office Picture Manager 2) Select Picture\Compress 3) Right side menu gives 3 choices: Documents, Web Pages, E-mails. )Chose one and you'll see the size it compress it into. You can do "Edit\undo..." if you don't like it). I normally select Documents, and hit "OK" at the bottom of the menu. 4) Select Picture\Resize 5) Easiest choice is to do a "Percentage". I normally, resize from 60% and up. Again, you can play around with the different percentage to give you some idea and if you don't like it, do Edit\Undo. 6) Save or Save as your photo. This tool also allows you to compress and/or resize multiple photos and Save All at the same time. Select the Thumbnail icon to do multiple photos. Be careful not to Resize too much; otherwise, your photos loses quality. I also use this tool to "crop" the photos. If you use crop, do this before doing compress/resize. Another barrier free shower. This client requested Kerdi but I used Kerdi DS because Kerdi is just too thin for my liking. This photo with overlay shows some of the planning that goes into a proper wet room. Things are rarely flat. This job the client ordered a linear drain from Proline and a steam shower from ThermaSol. More info on planning: STEP ONE - BUILDING A BARRIER FREE SHOWER To make the temporary flood test I used some banding and some Ardex 8+9. Anyone building barrier free showers for you should be able to show you a dozen examples of the work. I could go on and on but you should get the point that there is more than one way to skin a cat. In all of my builds since day one I have never found one system that can do the job start to finish. It just does not exist. As a warning I would suggest that the advice you follow online come from people you can prove do this work for a living. No doubt there will be loads of advice given out across various forms. But with a little digging you will find 95% of the posting coming from "Pretend Builders" or people who google info and then act like they do this work for a living. You are in a high risk massive downside build. Make sure the people you hire or talk to for help do this work for a living. There is less than 12 people online with the skills and the know how. Here on Houzz we can not debate our facts or our work practices. So if you read info from one poster that is wrong and someone else offers up another point of view you might muddle some false facts with some proper advice. Pick and choose the advice you receive. And do a simple checking of the other posters work. You will find like I'm sure that most of the most active writers in fact never have even tried a job like your attempting. These jobs are extremely challenging to plan out. The tile layout is key. I'm finding more and more clients are enjoying this help from my mini shower design calls. The skills learned from building and screwing up curbless showers (which I have done in the past) are valuable lessons. Many of the showcased showers on Houzz here may in fact be failing from day one. The work that goes in behind the scenes is key.

I have Version Microsoft Office 2007 (either Professional or Business). I just can't remember which I have, my wife has the other on her Laptop. I do have MS Office 2010 Professional on a DVD, just never installed it. I have MS Office 2013 on my Acer Iconia W4-820-2882 Tablet, it came with the Tablet (Think it's the Home and Student Version)! BTW, I downloaded and Opened your Document. I still have the same Menu Options. Maybe it's in the setting and you have something enabled that I don't? In my photo above; I just opened a New Word Document and added a photo from my Picture Folder. There isn't any Text, I was just trying out the Menu Options to check out the problem that Chas045 is having. I do have the same issues as Chas045. I will try this out on my Acer Iconia Tablet later. Been kinda busy. I'll post my findings here! Chuggerguy, I see in your photo that the Document you posted is opened in Compatibility Mode. If you'll note; mine doesn't say anything about Compatibility Mode at the top like yours! The only time I've see that is when someone is using a Different Office Package like Open Office! Just checked the Word Options for my 2007 version and couldn't find anything that would make a difference. I did play around with a few settings but nothing changed when pasting to the Picture Folder. Wondering if Word 2007 and Windows 10 could be the problem. Not sure what version of Word of which OS Chas045 is running?
