Was it hot? If so, they probably just did their thing really fast, and are turning into seed heads. Same thing often happens here with early June perennials, like my lupines and Dutch iris. A heat wave hits, and they come in go in about one to 2 days. While you might find this nuts, I used to work as a florist, and I've been known to spray the forming seed heads with purple floral spray paint -- gives a lot longer show in the garden, and almost no one knows its fake. There are many shades of purple (Design Master is a good brand) so its easy to match, or you can be creative and totally change the color if you want to. Nuts, I know.

Can't help with the voltage, but you may want to call a appliance parts place and see how much the control board and the gas value would cost. First I had to replace the board because the furnance would not fire up, which cost about a $100.00 and then about a year later I had to replace the gas value, which was about a $100.00. I ordered the parts and replaced both myself. I order parts through a place called Appliance Warehouse where you can get parts for all appliances and Heating and Air. Sometimes they have to order the parts as in my case which took about a week. That SV number does sound familiar.

Yes, finding money is lucky. I used to find lots of money all the time. I once found 2 $20 bills on my street on a Sunday morning! I, too, would never spend the found money. I put it in jars. Finally, last year I rolled all the coins and with that and the paper money, I had over $200. I finally banked it and started over. It's slim pickings these days, but I do still find money. My most recent find was a dime when I got out of my car at Walgreen's. As I picked it up, a really cute young man was coming up to the door of the store and he asked if it was "heads up"? I said it was and I hoped it was lucky enough for me to find what I was looking for. He said it should be on sale too! I happened to be looking for a spider web for Halloween for a big spider I have. I looked for quite awhile and was about to give up.......when I saw a package, just one, hanging on a peg. And it was on sale!!! Ca-ching!!!

Sunfeather - Here it is. Its a small room. The washer and dryer are behind the set of bifold doors closest to the window. Behind the other set of bifold doors is where we keep our laundry. I painted the lady, I painted the chairs, I built the table. Its my crazy painted room I guess but behind the doors is where all the washing happens. I guess the dark walls and the crazy art could be deemed strange but by my standards they are pretty tame.
