I hope everyone had a great Christmas! I thought I'd finally get around to posting all of my decorations.

Main tree. Our cats, Mossimo, Sylvester, and Gizmo, kept redecorating the bottom so I gave up a few weeks ago. : )

You guys should remember this one in the LR. I never did anymore adjusting to this. I do think it could've used a few more fluff pieces in the middle of the flow down section but it still looked nice.

Corner vignette in kitchen. I originally had just used the silver and crystal and it looked nice under the lights but then I remembered I had that red plate and it went from there. This looks better IRL and I'm happy with how it turned out.

Stuff in the bathroom. I love the little sled. Remember those WS look alike candles? I used one of those dollar store candles for the middle of this hurricane.

Tree in our bedroom. This is a much smaller version of how the tree was decorated growing up at my house with colored lights, red garland and a mix of ornaments I received over the years.

Well I sure enjoyed the Christmas tour, Shee. The bedroom tree is just adorable. I love the vignette with the Nativity. Such a pretty little table and that painting is really lovely. Both so perfect for the Nativity setting.
Your hurricane candle in the bathroom turned out very nice and sure a lot less than at WS. ;o) The sleigh is neat.
The big tree is really something, and I think the kitties did a fine job of decorating the bottom of it. LOL
And I really loved how the foyer tree turned out, such soft colors and just really pretty.

Your house is wonderfully festive...but I think maybe my favorite thing is that corner counter vignette in your kitchen. The addition of the red plate is so perfect for it. I think this setting is just beautiful.

Shee...your home looks just lovely. I like all your
decorations and your main tree is done beautifully.
I think your bedroom tree is very pretty and what a special meaning, that it's decorated like the one you grew up with.
I like your Kitchen vignette with the touches of red. I think the red plate was a nice choice. I remember the beautiful vignette on your hall buffet...why not enjoy it again. Your DR hutch is very impressive looking. I like it's simple elegance...Everything is done very tastefully.

Thank you for all the awesome comments guys! I have not been well the last few days and those have really picked me up. I usually do much more all over the yard but found I was very strapped for time this year. Also things are coming to a time to say goodbye to this old house so I didn't haul out a lot that is better left until next year. It was fun all the same and the neighbours just loved it! In fact, my next door neighbour who is always giving me a hard time, wants me to help her make some trees. I hope to have a whole farm full next year! Thanks for commenting, punk, sorie, kathleen, marlene & purplemoon ... punk..blizzards are over & "sunshine" just makes all the diff in the world! Very cold yet tho...but do-able! I'd love to visit your home...from what you share, it's just downright SWEET! sorie ... that print is by Robert Duncan called "April Storm" ... by his signature it says 1980 ...but I bought this print at an frame shop & had it framed 7 or 8 yrs ago...it is one of my favs! kathleen...no, the tree I bought on an after Christmas small town shopping trip...at a specialty store...they had used it in their display decor...& had it for sale...I was in heaven! I'd been wanting one for some yrs since I saw the grapevine handmade ones at a craftshow that sold for lots of $$$. It would be fun to try to make a "small" one. PM...hey, next mo (March 20th) is first day of Spring...so maybe you can decorate for that! You'll be bringing out all those beautiful bunnies!! You've got alot going on right now, woman! Karen, I live a very fast paced life and have to push myself at times to keep up.lol Glad you enjoyed looking at all my decor. I love F & F too and will share more later. Your comments are so sweet. OA, hope you got all the fall toted away! Makes one wonder why we put so much out, huh? I'll bet your tree will be beautiful. You do such a wonderful job coming up with out of this world ideas. Pheasantlady, sometimes it's nice having more room to decorate but then one has to put it all away. Jeanne, so glad you like the tree. Thanks for the comment on the gold shades used in place of the pumpkin display. The pencil decor is gaining with myself too. I have some neat santa candles that I will try to share later. The snowman w/tree has tin on the tree and snowman hat. I just painted them and wiped some off for a different look. Thanks for all the rah's! Luvs, I started this on Sat. night after work and didn't finish until Sun. night. I'm not quite that fast.haha I didn't paint the fireplace screen. I usually put it outside on the deck with my little trees. It's been so cold that I brought it all in this year. I wish I had more time in my life to analyze before jumping in and doing things so fast. The only good things about doing it fast is I will have time to tweak if I want. I have so many totes that are stil filled and not sure I will even try putting more out. Frou, glad you liked the tree. I put the pumpkin away and put out a jar filled with ornaments in it's place. I added the gold fruit for a little more bling. I have a DD that loves snowmen. I've started painting more of them for her and love cute faces on them. I know what you mean about liking silver more than gold. I still can't do away with the gold things tho. Cali, thanks so much for your comment. Nana, that plate is one of Jamie Mills Price patterns. She is one of my favorite artists so I love painting her designs. Wonderwoman is a good name for me. I wonder what this woman is doing at times! I bet your tree is beautiful with spending so much time on it. Some day I will have more time to play but not now. MM, you sound like DH, just take the night off. He even cooked dinner for us last night so I could do laundry and start wrapping gifts. I have gained so much weight that I need to keep going.lol Jane, you always amaze me too. Love it, "Spunky". I would enjoy having you 'Punknap' me so I could help you. I could learn so much from YOU! I'm a hands on kinda lady. Don't feel behind just do what you have time for and it will all fall in place. Jeanne, you have soooo many CUTE, delightful, adorable Christmas 'folk'! I'm not too sure how much help those elves were tho...aren't they like cats, mischief makers?! The red sleigh is a super find. Your reading Snowman is a favorite of mine! And I love the JOY letters your DD scrapbooked for you. (I made some JOY letters several years ago, copied idea from a crafter! You and I have something else here in common, those three box shelves! I painted mine black and hung them on the wall in my sitting room earlier this year. Found mine in an antique shop.) hugs, Karen

Shee - everything is so pretty and elegant but two places just made me go WOW - love the tree in the foyer and the vignette with the crystal, mercury glass and the red plate TFS ......

You did a lovely job on all your decorating. Your trees are beautiful. But the corner kitchen vignette is my favorite, those deer are stunning. I agree when something works use it again, it's not like we see it all year. Great job.

Everything looks very beautiful, shee...your big tree is gorgeous & pics are gorgeous! Perfect place for your lovely Nativity...under that print...love the repetition of "child" & "sheep" ...nurturing.

Beautiful kitchen! As the others, I am lovin' the counter vignette...we share that same sleigh & I used it in my corner vignette also...I like the pinecones in yours & the added red plate...so pretty...Also the cloches on your island...looks great!

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for the nice comments. You guys really are a friendly, great group of people. I'm guilty of lurking here more than I post.

It was bittersweet to pack everything up. I always enjoy looking at my "everyday" stuff but I love the vignettes with greenery - such a great fluff filler!

Shee, don't know how I missed all your pretty decorations but enjoyed seeing them tonight. I love your little foyer tree and the picture behind it is sweet. Your table under your nativity is goegeous. It all looks great.
