materials package

I know this is kind of an impossible question but I'm going to ask it anyway...

We've received a materials package bid from a supplier for our house plan: a two-storey, 2,000 sq.ft house with a crawl space and a 500 sq ft garage, 9' ft ceilings downstairs, vaulted upstairs, a couple of decks. It's a simple design.

The package includes everything to get us to lock up and somewhat beyond:

All framing lumber, sheathing and wrap ("panelized" wall sections 2X6 ext., 2X4 int), roof trusses, engineered I-joists both floors, subfloors, Milgard vinyl windows and sliders, Hardieplank siding w/window and door trim and corners, 30 year shingles, flashing and vents, soffit and facia, insulation, drywall, pre-hung interior and exterior doors w/hardware, casings and base, pre-assembled stairs, decking materials incl. spindles and handrails, garage door and opener, and nails, bracing materials, drywall tape/mud, and other misc.

It's coming in at around $110,000. Any shoot from the hip feelings on the relative cost?

Thanks!
