I don't use Outlook so all I can offer is something that may help. At first it seems a strange place to look but I've found helpful how-to videos on a lot of subjects on youtube.com. I typed 'business contact manager' in the youtube search bar and got a lot of hits. You might want to look through them and see if you find anything that helps.

What software are you using? I use PE-Design 3 and Generations. Both of these support the True Type Fonts that come on your computer and are totally scaleable to different sizes. As far as using a larger hoop, that would depend on how much text you are embroidering. But again, using a larger hoop *may* involve some tweaking with the design in your digitizing software. I don't know anything about Viking software, but it sounds like your design has too many stitches or is too big for the R/W box. I have an old Amazing Box and it can only handle small stitch count designs. Donna

I have a few of the card holders similar to the link Lidia had and a coule of smaller versions but for the most part I put them into Ajour address book and I can search for a name or comment or even part of the phone number if needed. Plus it'll dial the number too. But I have to ask, is this a collection/hobby or is there a need for all these cards? If you have to keep the cards, some sort of Rolodex is probably most practical if you're going to keep adding to them. And alpha filing is most practical for most things but that'll be thrown off unless you have lots of pages. And then if you have to use multiple cards to file in multiple places, for instance, one law firm but multiple attorneys names, then you go quickly from a gazillion to about a gazillion and a half! Think about how you use them and that might help decide how to organize them or whether to even continue with the cards. And apparently Joyful's account got hacked and someone else is using it... The Joyful we know and love would never suggest spending money on something!!! :D
