Hi folks, Just wanted to stop by and assure you that we are working on these issues. Last week, we launched a new registration tool and there are still some bugs that are being ironed out. I know that it's frustrating and upsetting when things don't work as they should -- I really do feel your pain. Unfortunately, some of these bugs are difficult to recreate because they vary from member to member. What would be enormously helpful would be for you to contact us directly and detail what your issues are. Including information such as a step-by-step overview of your login process, where you are seeing issues, the error messages you are getting and anything else that might have differed from any previous login experiences. Many of you have probably already done this, but please make sure you check your browser settings and make sure that you have cookies enabled. annz, I have that too. mustangs, I've not used the new way and only embedded one photo at a time using the old method. Sorry :( camlan, PC Annie, at one time I had considered Google Chrome. Can't remember what it was but I recently read something about it that made me think, "ohhh, I wouldn't like that!" so I dismissed the idea of changing to Chrome. I would guess half, if not more, people here use FF so the browser it's self can't be the problem. I've wondered if it's a satellite thing. For 2 years I couldn't put a photo order thru on WM.co. WM said it was HughesNet and guess who Hughesnet said it was. Right, WM. I recently upgraded to their Gen4 satellite. The first thing I did was check to see if I could put a photo order thru. YES!!!!! Cat ky, it's checked already. Thanks to everyone for trying!

Our intention was to get the questions answered for those who posted yesterday & today...so they don't roll off in a matter of hours. Since we don't know what's going on, we thought this might be a temporary solution until we heard more. If it becomes a long drawn out process, then, yes, we need to move on. However, posting about a finished kitchen or just to mention a new product isn't critical right now...we want to be able to respond to those who are in the middle of problems. If the threads come and go too quickly, then we can't help. I did notice, though, that we're up to Page 5. Whether that means we're rebuilding the pages, I don't know. But it's not just a matter of missing pages, I think it's a matter of missing threads that just happened to reduce the # of pages down to 4 (and now 5). Several of us have noticed that threads that should be in the first 4 pages are missing and there are gaps of hours b/w posts...which we all know is extremely rare on this forum. So, no, this is not a long-term solution, it's a very temporary stop-gap measure to help those who need it most right now. I'd say if we don't hear more positive info by this time tomorrow or know for sure that nothing further is being lost, then we should resume "business as usual".

ugh! I now understand what everyone has been complaining about! New computer here so I had to log in... for some reason, some of the forums I regularly visit appear as normal, but some forums (like this one) are formatted completely different. The only way I could find the 'conversations' side was by searching back through my own comments because I remembered posting on this thread. Houzz made me select at least one "topic" when I logged in and that seems to apply as a filter to the posts and forums somehow, but I haven't quite figured out the logic they're using yet. It is ugly. :p
