Today I checked to see about an update for the CCleaner before I ran a cleanup on it. There was an update, so I went about downloading it as I usually do but ran into a problem, it would not download, I kept getting a message that basically said the program was already downloaded & did I want to replace it, I clicked on yes. But it kept going around in circles. I did that for a few minutes then a light bulb went off in my head..........try the other browser. I was on FF so I switched over to IE and wa-lah, the download went smooth.

Have no idea why it would make a difference about the browser but it sure did.

anyway,thought I would pass that on in case someone could use that that bit of info, if they should run up on something like that. I'm sure you guru's would know this but the rest of us computer challenged guys might find this helpful to know.
