Is the Run line the same as the Command line? I thought so, but perhaps not. I found what I think is the Command line, and typed in Outlook.exe/resetnavpane. Got the following message: 'Outlook.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. On to Owbist's suggestion. The first part of the instructions involved opening the program first, which obviously I can't do. But there's a reference to a Plan B, which I'll check out. Thanks, both of you.

Unless there has been substantial improvement. MS streets and trips may still be lacking . I have older verssion that aint all that correct , especially if you're in the sticks. Wrong road names etc. Map Qwest and others may not be as detailed, but they are a little more accurate than my version of MS S&T. Grady

Thank you Zep. I was starting to wonder what could be causing the delays, you no doubt saved my a whole load of searching around as I may not have associated it with an update.
