It's a constant learning process for most every one. I just went through the printer installation and spend 2 hours wasting my time. It took the HP tech about 2 minutes before she told me it was a bad one. After all of the time spent trying the tech said I had two options, they would send me a replacement or I could take it back to the store. I ended up returning it and buying the cheapest HP printer I could find and it uses only 2 cartridges and prints in color or black ink only for only $69. I have newly installed Gaggs and was wondering about the length of time it should take for the oven to cool down. I don't hear any fans running and there are none to see so how do you know they are going? I thought it was taking a long time for the oven to cool down but that could also be because they are so well insulated. The Gagganeau has an info button that will tell you the interior temp of the oven and I have never had this before so maybe I am just taking note of the cool down period where before I never thought about it.. Good to know the door should be left closed because sometimes I do open the door to cool it down quicker .
