I knew I'd forget something: Since Lilium x formolongi plants are continuously growing, the bulb stays very small. With several stalks in a plant, the bulb looked to be only about the size of a quarter in a photo he showed. And we each got a packet of L. x formolongi seed to play with too.

Bestlawn! I could have asked you over on KT! I had two lines; one I managed to delete, but I've fumbled around so much I cannot remember what I did! Yes, I think the enter/return is what seems to trigger it. When I try to select the line, a thin vertical highlight strip appears on the left above, through, and below the line, but it will not delete. I've spent the last 20-30 minutes trying to figure it out, searching "help." But it's no big problem, I can scroll it down to the blank page and not print that page. And now that I know how to draw lines w/o triggering the other line, I'll be ok. I suppose 2007 is ok when one gets used to it, but it sure takes up a lot of time getting to that point. It has a default of 1.5 spacing, which is not that good for me. Thanks...you're the "best!"

Checking that I have understood your question correctly i.e. you want to insert a blank row between each name on your list, then creating a "macro" in Excel makes this task quick and easy. BUT be sure to make a copy of your original data giving it a NEW DIFFERENT filename before you start playing! Running this macro twice will give two blank rows - but remember if you want to undo the changes made by ANY macro you have to do it the hard way - the undo button never works! Here's a simple way to create this macro without any technical knowledge: First, copy the following lines of code onto the clipboard ready to be pasted into Excel. Right click on the Sheet tab at the bottom. Left click on View Code. A new window opens. Right click in this new window and paste the copied code into it. Click on the Excel icon at the top left end of the normal Excel toolbar. The normal Excel worksheet pops up on top of the previous screen. Save the file (which now includes the macro) as normal but, ideally, give it another new name. Shut down Excel (just to make sure that everything works properly next time - no reason why it won't). Now check that it works: Re-start Excel and click to open your new file. Depending on your security settings, Excel may ask if you want to "Enable Macros" every time you open the file. They should open. Same thing happens with Word. I have 07 on one machine and 03 on the other. Download the compatibility pack and it will convert the 07 files to 03. I save all my 07 documents as 03 and they open on 07. Sometimes I forget to save the 07 docs as 03 and the computer changes it when I open on the other machine.
