I like tripod, they have a very simple to use template type webdesign that anyone can use it is called trillion, I have one of my websites on tripod. I like it better than bravenet but bravenet is also a good free one. have you checked with your isp most give you a generous amount of free webspace to create a website, I am on verizon and they provide a good amount free and you can purchase more if needed. The verizon one does not have ads on it but any of the free ones will have ads on them that is how they make their money some are worse than others. tripod Bravenet bravenet will send you quite a bit of email about their stuff so be prepared for that, tripod has never ever sent me any email. Both have photo album features and guest books and even blogs all kinds of goodies to add on, music too if you want it.

Debbie, your home is very lovely, nice job. I'm also into the blue, blue, blue accents till a few years ago when I started to add the country red and mustard colors here and there. The colors are perfect together and there's more for the eye than everything being blue. The carosel horse decoration you have in your cabinet is just gorgeous as are the other blue pieces. You asked for suggestions on recovering furniture. My sis wanted to recover her couch and chair some years back so she carefully removed the tacks/nails and took the fabric pieces off trying not to rip or literally destroy them. Once she had that done she used a seam ripper to undo the sewn together parts of the couch/chair fabrics she took off and laid those pieces down on her new fabric, cut them out in the exact pattern and sewed them together as they were in the old patterns. Next was to put it all back on the couch/chair and used new nails/tacks where they went. You'd never know she refinished the furniture fabric, looked brand new. My sis is very much into sewing though and loves it so these projects were right up her alley.

When this thread started, I'd only seen the red once or twice (actually worried it might mean I had a computer problem the first time!). Today, it's all over the place! I followed buehl's recommendation of getting Adblock Plus since I already use Firefox: no more red!! :)
