Hi. I am new to this forum. but have been surfing for awhile and have found it to be very interesting, I haven't seen an answer to my problem,so here goes. After I downloaded IE7 a notice appears on the screen at startup saying The Procedure entry Point Get Process Image File name W could not be located in the dynamic link library Psapi.DLL. I Googled it and came up with different info on it. Smart Bridge Alerts, Motive SB.exe, which after using msconfig and getting list of startup found Motive SB.exe. Unchecked it and next day notice came up "this was an exe file and could cause me all kinds of problems if I left unchecked." That stopped me dead in my tracks, so I rechecked it. Also found another solution where it could be renamed Psapi.old, but there were 2 of them listed and didn't know which to use. Along the way, it warned to be sure and not to do the wrong one. Stopped me again. I hope this is not too confusing and someone can help me. This is not an earth shaking problem, but would prefer having it out of startup. TIA Elle
