I have not given up. I have actually completely torn down the engine. Taking measurements to see how far off critical measurements are according to service manual. Before tearing down I checked but did not see a crack anywhere on the carb including pickup tubes. I was able to try a new carb and still no luck getting her to fire. I'm thinking it a spark issue, possibly at the wrong time. I have adjusted timing many times and nothing. Anyway at this point engine is completely torn down and I'm taking measurements. Also waiting for gaskets so I can re-assemble. Have not had time to check but maybe a gear is broken or something to that affect. Unfortunately I do not have a mag that I can switch out with this one to determine how well mine is creating spark. I'm pretty much convinced at this point that it has something to do with sparking at wrong time but as said before adjustments did nothing. I am also going through mid terms next week so I wont have a chance to proceed on the work for a few weeks but rest assured I'm not giving up. Unless parts prices prohibit repair on this old puppy it will run again. Thank you all for your replies and I will be back after finals mid terms next week. Brad

Heavy cream, organic and quasi-local (in state), pint paper cartons. If I have a recipe that calls for half and half I use cream, or cream and milk, or even cream and water, depending on what it is. If I buy half and half it's because I know I'll be using it right away and specifically want it, so I don't get into the spoilage issue with it. Same with light cream. I only know one store that stocks it, so I'm likely to just thin down the heavy cream when necessary. Sometimes I get extra heavy cream because I'm planning on making ice cream or something and then don't get it made, so that's how it sometimes gets pushed aside to turn into cheese, or lost long enough for that cheese to go moldy (way way way after the date).

Hahaha! Nope, it was just a dumping ground for all of our stuff. And it is funny you mention that!! Because my husband was trying to get into the fridge and moved the chairs to those exact positions, and I thought it looked kind of good and would be functional in those aspects!! I will keep them there :) PS-- brown rug fits perfectly by front door, so that is where it will reside. @JustMe @groveraxle

In a previous home, I had the same arrangement, two dressers serving as night stands, and it works great. One issue is that you have to get used to putting your phone, or book, or glass of water at a higher position. One advantage is that the side of the dresser prevents you from trashing about and accidentally hitting the items resting on top of the dresser. If you do a window treatment, ensure that in the open status, the curtains covers the wall not the opening. Cheers!
