get malwarebytes free and use it.
download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file in your next reply.

This little pest does sometimes hide in your java cache/Temp IE files, so it would be good to get into the habit of clearing them regularly - use ATF it is small and fast... After malwarebytes runs run ATF Cleaner.

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune to your Desktop.

Note: Vista users must use Run As Administrator
Under Main: Select Files to Delete choose: [b]Select All.
 Click the Empty Selectedbutton.
 If you use Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
 Click the Empty Selected button.

Did you run the ATF cleaner, and the online scan that Raven gave you a link for?

If this is windows xp:

You are running a way out of date service pack 1 and this will lead to infections, you need to install SP2, BUT NOT until you go to a forum and run additional scans, as service Pack 2 can't be installed on an infected machine.

yes you have some significant infections on that machine, as zep said you will need to head over to a support forum and post there so you can get more scans run to fully clean that pc. Then you definitely need to do some updates. Till it is cleaned please do not do any business transactions or banking on that pc.

Thanks everyone! I had no idea my computer was in such bad shape. Actually, I didnt even know my Service Pack was so outdated. If I'm being honest, I'm not even sure what that is. Are these the updates Microsoft puts out for XP? Yes, I have XP.

Good thing is, I have a brand new computer that I just got and will be getting rid of this one that I'm using now. I just haven't set the new computer up fully because I just had a baby and haven't had the time. But I'll make the time because it looks like my current computer is in bad shape. I was hoping to give this computer to a friend but it seems to be too much of a mess to do so, unless I get it cleaned and updated first.

There is probably noting wrong with your computer apart from the bad guys on there. Follow the suggestions above to clean it up then install both Superantispyware and Malwarebytes and it will be a great machine to give your friend.

Of course time will be in short supply now you have the baby, they can be rather demanding if I remember my distant past. Just do a little as you find the time, no need to race.
