If you chose to keep track of login and form fill history during installation and still have the LastPass extension installed, log back into it, open your LastPass vault, then click on the down arrow at the very top of your vault between the LastPass icon and your email address. Select History. Do you see any logins from strange IP addresses or any logins at strange times? Irrespective of the above results, I have no good news for you. The entries in question were absolutely generated using your login credentials, and those credentials are compromised. My opinion is based on the extensive scrutiny LastPass receives from independent security researchers and third party auditors. The LastPass code that controls hashing and encryption in the non-binary extensions has been viewable and testable by the public for the past 5 years. I'm certainly not saying that LastPass is 100% bullet proof and will remain so forever. I am saying that the most plausible explanation at this point is that someone has obtained your login credentials. I would strongly recommend using Better Half's computer to change all your passwords in the quickest time frame possible. You must use an extremely strong LastPass master password. I can point you to quality random string and random word generators if you wish. Please be sure to delete all vault entries that are not yours. If you notice any strange entries appearing after making these changes, you'll want to consider the possibly that your computer has been compromised. Locate a computer security expert(s) you trust and ask for advice on how to proceed.

I'm sorry for not answering sooner; had to go away over the weekend. First, let me thank the two of you for introducing me to CCleaner. I downloaded it and expect to find it useful. I'll explain what I did in detail, just in case anyone else ever has the same problem. After getting back last night, I was successful in saving images in IE, but FireFox was still no good. Figuring it was something wrong with FF, I found a disturbing entry in FF's Tools>Error Console, calling a certain path in the computer "Not well-formed," but there was no explanation of how to deal with it. Removing FireFox via the Control Panel and reinstalling it did no good, nor did disabling all my add-ons and deleting temp files and cache. In the end, getting desperate, I backed up the Bookmarks and Scrapbook folders in my FF Profile, then I went to C:\Documents and Settings\[my user name]\Application Data\Mozilla, and deleted the entire Mozilla folder so as to force the new FF install to create a new one. This time, the new FF--though all my Bookmarks, Scrapbook add-on entries, and all the other add-ons I used to have were gone--worked right, and I was able to capture pictures again. I re-downloaded all the extension add-ons I had had before, and now everything is fine. At first, of course, my Bookmarks toolbar was gone, and I use it constantly, so that was a bit scary, but after moving the backup folder from the CD to my FF Profile folder, I got the toolbar back, and I was able to do the same thing for all my Scrapbook entries. If anyone else tries this, be sure to make a backup of your Bookmarks and Scrapbook (if you have that add-on) and also make a list of your add-ons and be sure you have a record of all the passwords FireFox has been remembering for you. There is agreement it is a FF24 with Yahoo problem. The workaround? This must be repeated each and every time one signs into yahoo mail. Click the Yahoo user id box then click the yahoo password box then double click the yahoo id box again and, presto, we are back to behavior like FF23 and earlier.

For those with the dyslexic attribute, they are so distracting that the web page is rendered useless. I have to move that section of the page to be off the side of the monitor.
