You must have a copy of Outlook on a CD to load. It is not a free program. Normally comes with the "Office" package ie. MS Office 2003 etc

OOps. Yes it was Microsoft Office and I removed it. I also have automated updates checked and I've been getting and installing them--except for IE-7 which I have blocked, also thanks to instructions on this forum. Now the mssg. I'm getting is from Microsoft Internet Explorer: "Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed" when I tried their "contact us" link because I've registered twice (NBC.com) and when I click the link from their email confirmation I still can't log on. Sorry that sentence got so long, but trying to I'm trying to explain what I get and what I'm trying to do. Thanks for your help. Sandy

If I had to move and not have my fios I just don't know what I would do. IT would be a determining factor in where I moved to I can tell you that. I will hopefully never have to leave fios! I have had it since 2005, I was one of the original test houses out here in Texas, I had the big head bosses out here from time to time, I had to call them one day because I lost my connection, I had 5 Verizon cars and trucks in my drive way in less than 15 minutes and several of them were in suits LOL. Found out one of the installers had accidentally disconnected me from the box at the street when he was working on the lines, it was very new then only about a week old. I think the poor guy got fired. That is the only time I have ever lost connection other than of course a power outage. I had DSL before that and it was a constant pain. Dial up was a bad dream.

Nope, I've always known better than to travel in white tennies. Even made my hubby buy dark tennies when we traveled to Central/South America and SE Asia. However, being the small person I am, I don't like carrying purses because I don't think I could fight off someone who felt they needed it more than me. Hence, the very unflattering fanny pack. I would have preferred to keep everything in a hotel safe but we were renting an apartment with dodgy front door and window locks. Plus, I don't think I would even bother traveling if I could not take a camera with me as I saw the world. Now, I did manage to spend an entire night on the Champs-ÃÂlysées without incident. It was Bastille Day 2003 and my daughter, me, my best friend and her daughter all made our way to the Eiffel Tower to take in the fireworks, music and festivities which didn't begin until nearly 10:30pm. It was us, and about 100,000 other revelers. The celebration was over just as the Metro was about to close and the crowds to get underground wrapped around the block. All taxi stands were filled with crowds and not a taxi in sight. Locals were gassing up their mini-vans and offering rides for, as the French say "beaucoup bucks" :-) My friend called her French husband back home in Calif. and asked him to call us a cab. The phone died before she could tell him where we were. So, we took turns sleeping on a bench on the Champs-ÃÂlysées about a block from the Arc de Triomphe and were the first ones on the Metro when it opened the next morning at 5:30am. Crazy night but all of my belongings were safe and sound inside my little ugly black fanny pack. :-) Jodi-
