Amazon Trojan

Last evening I received a suspect e-mail supposedly from a "manager" at Amazon, citing Postal_Package_NRxxx, and indicating that an item I ordered had been paid for. There was an attachment in .zip format. This came through my AVAST e-mail scanner, so I unzipped the files and scanned them with both SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes, both fully updated. Nothing was found. However, when I scanned with AVAST, up popped a "SCAM" alert. So I Googled the topic and found several references, all in German. Seems the number and the item supposedly ordered varies, but it obviously carries a Trojan which the German sites call Amazon Trojaner. I immediately deleted all the files and the e-mail and emptied my recycle bin and the deleted folder in OE. Hope this is all I needed to do.
Just a heads up in case anyone else should receive a similar e-mail.
