She was buying some silver sage towels for me on the last day of their most recent bath sale and of course they were sold out of the sizes I wanted. They offered to order them at the sale price and have them shipped to the house at no additional cost. My mom was amazed and will be shopping there again. I guess it depends on who you get, I think there is an overall decline everywhere in the quality of employee. I saw a report on 60 minutes that big corporations are hiring consultants to teach them how to cope with it!

Thank you! I may go ahead and get some towels. We are still using the RH towels we got when we got married in 2002. They totally don't match this house (haven't matched anything for two houses, now) but they still look great! The washcloths are showing signs of distress, but not the hand and bath towels. Yay! No more sage green towels!
