Aintnosunshine the first thing you should do is start a new thread rather than find a 6 month old one as this only causes confusion. When you start the new thread please include the computer make and model, all names of firewall, anti virus and anti malware programs you are running and when they were last updated and a full test ran. "Some message pops up" up is useless, write the message down and post that too, it might be the biggest help of all. Help can only be as good as the input provided by the person needing the help. A couple of tips so you don't worry needlessly: When you click on WP nothing happens except an icon appearing in the Notification Area. Click on the icon to activate WP. Be prepared to hear Scotty. You will know what I mean. When in the Services and Startup tabs never delete entries. Only disable them. This allows you to correct errors in judgement. It is ok to disable WP in the Startup. It will then become an on-demand application rather than running behind the scenes, and it will run normally when activated. When WP is open do not be surprised when asked to allow applications to be entered into the Startup. Unless you are 100% sure you want this just select no. If you use SuperAntiSpyware and have it configured not to run in realtime be prepared to have the above request to occur. If you say no another ugly sounding window referring to removal of SAS will appear. As they say about drugs....just say no. Things will remain operational and remain not in realtime. DA

HI dancing girl ! Alot has happened since I purchased my pe scan! 2 new embroidery machines 1 old version of Disney then a new version of brother embroidery machine ....I haven used my pe scan but once! I tryed using it yesterday. ....it no longer works! Tryed looking it up on brother website but there is no such item must be so outdated! I took it apart today and fuse is black I need a new fuse ! But I don't know what kind of fuse it is! Brother is closed on Sunday :(. Maybe you know someone with this information the rest of the machine is pristine! But the fuse! ...I JUST ORDER THE BROTHER SCAN N CUT LAST WEEK! I'm so excited I'm wondering if I need this machine anymore now that I have the scan and cut I might be able just to transfer to pe design after I scan on cut n scan or I can just transfer it to my machine after that it sounds complicated to me so if I have to but a new one I might just get the flip pro scanner for brother I found one for 135.oo. so I have to wait till next month unless the cut n scan works?? If anyone knows anything about the only fuse that's inside the pe scan let me know ! I like to use this for lace if I can fix it! Thank you so much!! Dancing girl! !

I am so sorry to hear about your mother . Here's what I had to do for mom's funeral . I was traveling to Louisiana pulling the rv when I got a call from my sister that the funeral home needed the pictures emailed to them immediately so they could create the video and the memory books and the framed picture . I had all of my pictures . I sat in my passenger seat in the truck going down the road and took pictures of the pictures on my phone ! I then emailed all of those to the funeral home . I was so afraid it would be terrible but honestly they were fine no one knew they were pictures of pictures . So you could do that too and a much better job sitting still at a table ! They can be emailed or you can send them to a photo place for printing , Walmart , CVS , all sorts of places can do it . So thinking out side of the box might be the best option .
