Ok, here is what you do ... 1. Go to http://www.gardenweb.com/. 2. Up at the top of the page, you'll see "Your Profile." Click on that. 3. If your log in isn't saved/remembered on your computer, you'll be asked to log in. Once you log in, it will take you to your profile. Enter the e-mail address you want to use. 4. Scroll down to find the check box next to "Allow other users to send you email via forms at our site." Click on the box. 5. Click on the "Save Your Member Profile" button. You will be all set!

I have several (they are worth the $ if you wash in a lingere bag and hang them to dry), and wear them every weekday. On the thong-wearing topic - if you are considering trying them, it is very much like learning to wear contact lenses. First, of course, you need a good fit (let me recommend the cossabella mesh thong). Then you will find that you can only wear them for a few hours the first day, then a bit longer the next time, and eventually, you don't even notice they are there. The following has worked for me in the past when I've had problems with a bank. Years ago I had an credit card/account with Colonial bank. Introductory rate was 8% interest for the life of the loan. Colonial was bought out by Advanta and promptly raised my interest rate to 26%. I contacted the Office of the Comptroller. They asked if I had written proof. I did. A short time later a class action lawsuit was filed against Advanta for this practice. I got a check from the settlement. This is why it always pays to get everything in writing. BOA KNOWS this, which is why they want to 'talk over the phone'. So YOU don't have proof. Start taking in-depth notes of each time you call. Get the name and title of who you speak to, as well as what is discussed and what they promised to do about it (and WHEN). Anything you send should be mailed certified mail. THAT will wake them up. I also would contact someone on the board at BOA's investor relations site. Don't go to the very top, go a rung or two below and/or send it to about 5 different people with a CC of who ELSE got your letter. Tell them you will be contacting the Office of the Comptroller if they can't iron out this little problem. If that fails, contact a consumer reporter at your newspaper. hi joan... you need to click on "Your Profile" at the very top of the page in the green banner, next to where it says "Welcome". but like anettacm posted, it's gone in your second post. i also had a weird thing happen like this on one thread where it had "person_id:nnnnn" show up in that same spot. i emailed gardenweb, but never heard back. and it's still showing up like that, i just checked. gremlins...
