Printer suddenly refuses to print images in anything but red,

I had paused a SUPERAntiSpyware scan to print out some pictures in black and white and all was going well until I scanned a pencil sketch I had done. Some message came up on the little screen on my printer and I hit "scan" again anyway. Starting with that scan, every image I print, whether in my MGI Photosuite 4 software or using the native Windows method, it comes out in tones of red. Documents, however, come out in black and any other color they should, as usual. I have plenty of ink in the black cartridge and there is enough left in the color cartridges to print, as well.

What on earth has gone wrong, and how can I get back to normal? Unplugging the USB and electric cables to the printer (HP Photosmart Plus, B209 a-m) has not helped, nor has restarting my computer. I can't seem to figure out anything from the Troubleshooting help in HP, either.

Please help!
