Is this vent and blower sufficient?

All right, first off, I have to tell you all that I understand about 5% of the discussion on here about ventilation. Just enough to realize how little I know. I would really appreciate your advice.

This is what our appliance guy recommended for us.

-Can you please tell me if you think it is a good match? I probably will never use all 6 burners at once, likely 3 at most. We will be venting up to the attic and then over horizontally about 10 feet.

-Do we definitely need an external blower?
