I've got the KEMS308SSS and it's absolutely perfect. Heats quickly and evenly, is well built, SUPER easy to use (I'd never had a convection oven before), and very functional...I've baked, roasted, broiled, microed, and especially convected, and haven't had a single problem...will admit though, that I haven't used the self clean cycle yet either, so maybe I'm in for heartbreak down the road...here's to hopin' for the best!

We've had it for a few months and we haven't used all the features but for what we have used it for - it's been great. It looks great, the interior is huge, and we haven't had any issues cooking/baking with it. A few notes though - when baking, the knobs get very hot (because of their placement up front...might be an issue with kids around) and preheating seems to take a bit longer than my previous range but nothing intolerable. I've used the griddle once to make pancakes and because the burner is in the middle, the center ones cooked fine but the outer ones did not cook as well. I ended up just making the rest of the batch in a separate griddle pan and not sure if I'd really use it again. All I can think of at the moment - let me know if you have other specific questions and I can try to help.

Just thought I'd comment on my Electrolux double oven. Bought it in February of this year and it is a good looking oven. However, after 8 months of rare use, it isn't heating up all the way (neither oven). Luckily, I'm still under warranty. It turns out that Electrolux asks that the ovens be removed from the wall in order to have their repairman repair it. The removal, of course, is not covered by the warranty. I'm so upset; never had this problem with Kitchenaid repairs. Don't understand why I have to pay to remove the oven from the wall in order to have it repaired, WHILE STILL UNDER WARRANTY. For this reason alone, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ELECTROLUX double ovens.

Edited to add: After viewing your video I notice that your oven is a newer model than mine, but the controls and panel are generally the same. Hopefully my advice below will still be of some value. I have a Kitchenaid double oven which came with a home I recently bought. It is junk. Here’s what I’ve found: 350* seems to be the temperature at which I have the most problems. I’ve found that if I consistently set the oven to ten degrees above my desired cooking temperature I can reasonably maintain the proper temperature. It’s as if the standard temperature settings, 350, 400, 425 etc are worn out (which I freely agree really makes no sense). If I set the oven to 360* it will reach 350 and hold that temperature for about an hour. After an hour I cancel and restart the oven at 360 again to maintain 350 for another hour. At this point some may be thinking “her oven is off by 10 degrees, what’s the big deal?” However, if I set the oven to 350, it will never, ever get above 300. I have similar problems with other standard temperature settings, but 350 has the widest temperature delta. So my advice, short of replacing it, (which I explored only to discover the oven is a somewhat non standard size and will require reworking my built in cabinet,) is to always use an oven thermometer and set the oven ten degrees above your desired temperature.
