What's the model # of the Laptop? Lenovo xxxxxx What's the name of the display adapter? As listed in device manager? We might be able to get from the ATI site since it appears to be an ATI adapter. Have you visited Lenovo site to look for driver? To enter device Manager in XP open the Run box copy this text in bold devmgmt.msc paste it into the run box and click ok. Once in there look under Display adapters and give us the entire name listed. While you're in there right click on it now choose uninstall. Reboot the computer. Windows will reinstall the driver for you. Sometimes this will resolve an issue or 2 but it may not.

Thanks, weedmeister. Heard that the display on the echelon may get cloudy with humidity and the readout has been known to "streak" with lines through it. Since we live near the beach, that worries me. I agree - the readout isn't the main feature, but I'd be mad if my new grill was built-in and I had to look at a malfunctioning display or continually invest money in replacing/repairing the display after the year warranty expired. Sounds like they now have the option to order it without the front electronics so are probably going to try that version.

Having a couple problems with my 5 year old Mitsubishi 55" CRT Rear Projection TV. First, the image gets distorted, kind of like an extreme amount of pincushioning, only as it stretches out to the corners, you can see a separation between the three colors. this problem will not show up immediately if the tv has been off for a while. and it flickers back and forth between normal picture and skewed picture. as the tv stays on for a while, it stays in skewed mode. Second, after the tv seems to settle into the skewed mode mentioned above, intermittent squiggly horizontal lines come through the picture. They tend to flash for a few seconds, then go away. Anyone have any idea what the problem is/could be? And how tough a fix it is? Thanks!

There is a lot of flow out of the outdoor exhaust vent. Where does the indoor air flow come from that comes out the front grill? Is it from the exhaust hood sucking from the range top, or somewhere else? I get flow out the grill whether the microwave it on or not, and at least when I tested it this airflow turned on and off with the range vent fan. The microwave was not running.
