Download book from Gutenberg.com

I cannot figure out how to download HTML version of a book from gutenberg.com/etext/15460 and preserve photos and drawings. I can select all, copy, but then don't know where to save (paste) it on my computer without losing the photos and drawings (although text can be saved in Notepad). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Sheld

IE has the menu item
File/Save as ...
then use the drop down box for type/ web archive .mht

Then you''ll have the whole page just like you saw it ,, advertisements and all.

OK ladies!! Here's our manuel to becoming good little housewives LOL! If you find your way to the book search, ya gotta search for the book "The Practical Housewife", pub. 1860 It's contains old recipes for just about EVERYTHING from cooking to medical alliments. Maybe you can right click the book file and select "Open with", if that option is available and then find Windows Media Player. It does sound like a mess. Don't think you need to uninstall MusicMatch Jukebox. You could also open WMP, click file/open, and go find the book file. I have no idea why you'd need a MP3 player to the computer via the USB cable to play it.

No problems here, they are just PDF downloads. I buy lots from there and also e patterns central as well as a lot of cross stitch patterns this way. I get my crochet world magazine and a few other's as a digital download every month. Love this as I have them all on disk and no more magazines taking up space plus they give you web only bonus patterns every month for subscribing this way. Mary
