Trying to open wdb files

I found a recipe file and template I thought I had lost and realized it was a written with Microsoft Works Suite 2002. Works is no longer on my computer, but I still have the discs. I was going to reinstall Works 6.0 which is on those discs, but when I tried to do a custom install and only install Works 6.0, that wasn't one of the options. The only options I'm given is for Word 2002,(which is already on my computer with SP3) and then the Streets and Trips option and the encyclopedia, etc. I'm guessing that Works 6.0 would be installed with Word 2002, but I'm unsure if this would cause a problem with what's on my computer now. I found a converter online, that would convert the files to Excel, but the reviews weren't good. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I've put a lot of work into this file and really don't want to lose it.
