warming drawer owners, please answer!

Making final decisions on the oven/warming drawer stack... Please answer a couple of details that I haven't been able to find the answers to:

[1] What's the convection feature for? (besides costing more...)

[2] Is humidity control important? (to keep crispy things crisp and moist things moist?)

[3] In a stack w/ steam oven and regular oven, is it better for it to go in BETWEEN the 2 ovens or BELOW the 2 ovens? (if it makes a difference, we're not all people and we do have very young children)

[4] Anything else I should know?
