Luvs fall decorating

Just couldn't seem to get with it this year until our weather finally cooled off a bit. The oldtimers on here have probably seen most of my decorations before, but I have added a couple new items. I think I need to buy some scarecrows and use Kathleen's idea of putting them on the front porch posts. And I need more garlands of leaves to use as well. Here's a few inside pics. Luvs

Even if I've seen them before...I still love looking again!
I always love looking at your Cloches....you do such lovely displays. Your buffet, with the leaves and glass jars is so impressive. That little pixie is so adorable...peeking out. I like how you used your gourds on the candle holders, with the leaves scattered below. That's a nice idea and I like how it looks. And of course, your beautiful painted tray. I like how you gave it 'Center Stage'. I would display that too rather than use it...
It's too pretty to cover up. lol
The last vignette with the plate and the cloche is lovely.
What type of angel is she...she's beautiful.
I can see you've been busy...busy...busy, with lots of decorating inside and out. All so lovely.

You've been a busy gal haven't you? The acorn elf looks so cute in the cloche, did you lock him up to keep him out of trouble? LOL. I really like how you put the little gourds on those candleholders!
I NEVER get tired of looking at your decorations. Besides, with my poor memory, things are new every year anyway. Including my own! LOL

Oh, I love that you decorated by your entry from your garage. Everyone comes into my house thru the garage too! We recently put in a brand new entryway door & even that thrills me evertime I come home & see it. We had a big old wooden door for years & DH decided to update with a new aluminum door, with a full window, our wooden one had a small window that was too high for anyone to see out. I bought a door sign in Florida to decorate my new door, it says "All dogs are pets, but Shih Tzus are family", it looks so cute on my new door, so I guess I have my garage entry decorated just a little bit! Wish I had room for a small table like you did, but too many skateboards, bikes etc. out there! LOL All of your holiday decor is looking great, there have been so many posted lately, want to make sure I didn't miss anyone.

Luvs...I never tire of seeing all your lovely decorations. I just love looking at all your 'Creations'. You are truly Amazing...and you do it all so Fast too...like a machine!! lol. The table in front of your fireplace is really lovely and so cozy looking. With all the hot weather you get..do you ever make a fire? Love how that Tea server looks on the tray with the hurricane. The florals and gourds all compliment each other nicely. I really like how you displayed your wreath by the fireplace. I've never seen that before and that's very clever. How is it hanging? Another of your adorable signs, with that crow on the pumpkins..so cute. Now, I really can't get over how amazing that new Lantern you got, goes with your painted tray. They actually look like a 'Set', with the acorns and matching colors. You must have been so thrilled when you found it...it's so 'you' !! lol Once again, I enjoyed seeing all your beautiful decorations. Your home is filled with so much love and creativity..and I just love seeing that. jane

Luvs, I love all your wooden craft decorations. That is so neat that you can have a patio table & chairs in the front, I like how your front yard is layed out. We live on a dead end street, our subidivision is bordered by a farmers field so all the streets dead end at the field. There are only 6 houses on each street, 3 on each side of each street. SO, my point is, out of the 6 houses on our street, I'm the only "decorating freak" but I love it & the neighbors all comment on how much they enjoy all my decor. I have shamed most of them into putting out at least one light up pumpkin at Halloween and even some have put out a few things for other holidays! So, if we are the decorating freaks, at least we know our effort gives other some pleasure! Anyway, I got off point, your yard looks fab!!!

Jenn, your comment is so funny! I'm not sure about flock, group, or herd--thinking more like "cluster" or in DH's opinion, "clutter". LOL Judith, I was so excited to find that glass topper. And it was still in the box and only 99 cents at the TS. The lady there had told me it had just come in and since it was "old" she didn't think anyone would want it! Wrong! Kathleen, I wanted to tell you that I put a little light in the bell jar in front of the little snowman I sat in there. DH said that at night it looks more like a Halloween decoration since the light isn't very bright and casts some shadows on the snowman's face! PF, I'm glad you liked my rose plates. I just added another one to my collection yesterday. All except three or four of them have been TS finds. It is so fun to hunt for them. I just think the roses are so pretty. I have quite a few cups and saucers collected now too. Just need to get my display stand painted and decorated to hold them. Ladycindy, you are right, the stacked plates make any food look more elegant, don't they? I hope you have seen the decorated ones Judith creates. They are gorgeous and usually match her table scape. Her fall one is what made me want to start doing them. Betty, I'll bet you have a lovely home since it is obvious that you love pretty things. I can't believe you have more decorations. Did you get any sleep last night? No wonder you don't have room for any more dishes.LOL

I agree with the others your decorations look great and love to look. Now you can sit back and enjoy for several weeks. I still have several things that need hooked to power outside and I don't seem to be able to get home before dark to getter done. Maybe this weekend.

Wow, you have been one busy bee. That acorn elf is too cute. And the cloches are great. On my lunch today at a TS I found a glass dome fill with dried flowers, sitting on a wooden base that turns and plays music. The flowers are a little dated, I hope I can open and redo them, it was a deal for $1.50.

Syble, if the dome is glued down try a razor blade... or hair dryer to heat it up and soften enough to pull loose.
Good buy on it.

Hey. I love the acorn pixie. She's perfect inside the cloche.
Also like that big orange squarish. It's a beauty. How tall is it?

Punk, it is getting dark lots earlier already isn't it? I only have the pumpkin with the kitty to plug in outside. I used to have some orange lights I put in the front window, but not doing that anymore.

OA, are you talking about the big gold cloche? It's 12 1/2 inches high. I just put my little fall fairy inside it this year. I actually got it and a red one at Marshall's in the clearance section a couple years ago. I like this one the best, the red one is so dark it's hard to see what's inside. Oh, the best part is that they were only $1 and $2 each! Sure takes up allot of storage space though. I keep thinking I should try to find a plate--maybe a clear one to sit it on. The little pixie was from that Crafter's Unlimited show I went to recently.

Very nice! I especially like your candelabra with the berries intertwined and your candle holders with the gourds/pumpkins on top! I've seen those cute pumpkins like your "Give Thanks" one for Halloween, too. Those are great.
