Here's one list of items I found - maybe you can use it as a starting place? 1.Money: So you have some to burn 2.Confetti- Don't go to pieces just because you are another year older 3.Crayon-So you can have a bright and colorful day 4.Candle: Remember not to burn it at both ends 5.Balloon - Let the air out of all your worries 6.Candy- May your special day be as sweet as you are 7.Streamers to decorate your soul 8.A party horn --so you can toot your own 9.A party top hat--cause you're tops 10.A teensy gift that is wrapped with the "gift" poem on it 11.A piece of wrapping paper-so you can wrap yourself in surprises 12.Cake sprinkles--to shower you with a rainbow of happiness 13.A sugar rose-to remind you to stop and smell the roses along the way 14.Matches -to light your birthday candle or your fire! 15.An ice cream cone--to savor the moment (perhaps make a satin ice-cream scoop to put in it!) 16.A cup cake--so you can have your cake and eat it too Submitted by Birdiekitty You could also put in a marble or a small bag of them, to replace the ones she's lost. How about a clean clear bottle like a 1 or 2 liter pop bottle with a slit cut it in to fit everything in? I've even used a gatorade bottle. You can make a label on the computer to go around the bottle to cover the slit & say "Survival Kit to help you adjust to getting older" or something like that. It's always fun to see everyone wonder how you got everything in the bottle!!! I must have missed the post about the 40th birthday items, could you share that? Good Luck & have fun! Vera
