Hey Ladies!!! Haley sent me a message and I've been meaning to come say hello. I am just so busy these days, I can hardly check FB even - which is where I keep up w/ most friends and family anymore. I miss the KT so much, I really do. It's just hard to get everything done. I have a 9 month old baby girl, Ada, and you all probably remember Bradley. He's 5 1/2 now and has started Kindergarten. Fun and busy times!!! I will try to do better about stopping in over here, I've been wanting to check some other GardenWeb sites b/c I'd like to garden again this year. DeeDee is such a fun person! We had a great time eating bbq and talking. Moni, I think I've caught up. I was really tired Saturday night and most of the day Sunday, but today I've been up and running!

so fun seeing all of you... and I see Linda in Iowa as well... so fun! We are doing well. My daughter Mandie is getting ready to have a baby in September. She lives three blocks from me. I love it. She is going to be having a little girl and naming her Bella Jo. Taylor is living in a home for disabled adults and learning some social and living skills. He lives about three miles from me. I take him over homemade things each week and try to see him often. Carlie is now 5 and about to start kindergarten. She keeps us on our toes. Smart as a whip and cute as can be. Gordon just had surgery a few weeks ago for stomach cancer. He is doing really well and is up to walking about a mile each day. He was cut from breast bone to his belly button. He is gaining strength but still tires easily. That is where we are!!! I can't wait to see who else is here...

Thank you for that. Some of my favorite memories of MaryAnn was in the early days when she joined the forum, I was talking about finding a new make-up and there was a long discussion about it. She sent me a 4 in. paint brush and some spackle, lolol. I had the pleasure of meeting her at one of the get togethers and she was the same sweet lady that I'd gotten to know online. We shared something in common which isn't fortunate for either of us. We both have had cancer and we exchanged emails and cards quite often, both of which always made my day. Again, thank you for thinking about us. It means a lot. She was a very special lady who will be missed very much. Gale-TX
