50th Birthday T Shirt Transfers

I have been searching forever trying to find some FREE tshirt transfers or clipart to make ny sister a 50th birthday T- Shirt. I am wondering if anyone can help me out...do you know of any sites where I can find something. any help would be appreciated..I am running out of time! Thanks so much..don't know why I didn't post this first.

I have created transfers using my wordprocessor software and choosing the very large fonts and then when I print it out, I always choose the "transfer" option on the printer setup (sometimes it's listed as "reverse image").

(I got a small spray bottle and made a label on my computer with 'Instant Hair Grow' Spray once every day)

While you were Napping Note Pad: so you don't miss any messages while you are napping
(I made these on the computer also, and then padded them)

Toothpicks: to help prop your eyes open so you don't fall asleep

Fireball Candy: to put the fire back into your life

Rubberband: to give you your flexibility back

Aspirin: for all the new little aches and pains

Hug and Kiss: because I really do love you

On my 50th my daughter Carri had a surprise birthday for me. I thought we were going out to eat. We had to stop at their house to get them....the lights were dim...I didn't have a clue. My oldest daughter and her four little ones (at the time) had come home from Minn. Carri had them hid there at her house for two days... When I walked into the dinning room they turned on the light and my grandbabies all came running to hug me and wish me Happy Birthday...of course I started crying. I don't remember what we did after that...if we had cake or supper or anything... Just remember being surprised by those little ones I was missing. Was a great birthday. The one that was just a baby is now 16....WOW I'm getting old...I'm about to celebrate another one. patti

A basket of fancy treats, if you know what she likes? Bottle of wine, chocolates, etc. Or take a pic of the group at the party, put it in a simple but nice frame, and deliver it after the party. Or if you're comfortable enough with the group, you could take lots of pics and create a photo book at someplace like Shutterfly. We did that for our friend's 50th -- he loved it.

My best birthday ever was my 11th, and my mother bought me a horse. I say my mother, because my dad was overly protective of me, and tho I had been promised a horse, if left up to him, I never would have got one. The rest of my childhood and teenage years revolved around that horse. He broke his leg and had to be put down two days before I got married. It was worse than a funeral. My whole family grieved that horse, and it was a test for my husband to be, because it was so rainy and muddy a backhoe couldn't get in to bury him and my dad and Jody dug his grave by hand. When I was a kid, my mother always baked a cake for me...and fixed a birthday dinner. My daughter came years after our marriage and there were parties and sleep overs and trips for her and her friends, but I am like whatsayyou....if celebrating birthdays is your thing, good, but I don't care much for the hoopla. I am very self indulgent and I have always done and had whatever I want. Fortunately, my wants aren't very excessive, unless you count my horses. I have never felt deprived. I love to cook but it is not easy living here. Once I move, I may be a whole different person. I may even become normal for a little bit. (Doubtful....but maybe.) ;)

The risk from fomites landing on surfaces and then getting picked up by hands and the hands transfer it to the nose or eyes is not zero, although being in close proximity and not masking are the main means of spread. There aren't hard numbers on any of this, just some ballparks and public health officials always go for the biggest bang for the buck, can't waste the time and resources on the small stuff. Still, I'm not a fan of multiple hands touching things. I did too many bacteria cultures in science lab . . . the high hand touch items were the germ-iest, not the toilets. They got sanitized! That's why hand washing is known as one of the most effective disease prevention methods, at least for ones transmitted from person to person. It's simple and very effective. But no need to go overboard, just do what is easy, so we tried to walk the line between what would be most effective and what was easy even if one of the less problematic concerns. Getting sick with flu as seriously and often as I have, I have gotten very conscious of ventilation, sanitation, distance, etc. Also allergies. We constantly have to clean, clean clean at our house with so many trees and plants on the property and going in and out all the time, shoes, etc,. etc. We're currently battling tiny biting gnats outside, trying to keep them outside . . . The saddest thing about this pandemic is the person to person spread is really the main means of disease transfer. It's so isolating and stressful for folks in high personal contact realms. All the more reason to help your community by getting vaccinated!
