I found these. Sometimes I forget about those printing companies out there with projects & ideas. LOL. Anyway, enjoy. I'm on a roll...

Minnie, go to http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/index.jsp then scroll down to craft projects. (It's right under "solutions for") You have to look really close! It should get you there.

I have an Epson 880 which has a software "switch" which makes it print in a "Gray scale", that is it will print Pink as some shade of black. I also have CX4800 which does not have such a feature, however I do have the device that allows me to reset the cartridges to "full" even if they are empty. This device, I'd have to dig it out to give particulars, cost something like $10. As I reload my ink cartridges I needed this reset device so I could reload a cartridge with ink, and set the electronics as "full". Of course, if the color cartridge(s) is(are) empty it will not matter if I am printing a black text document.

I cut out pattern for wings & tail using her mat with the 1 in. marking on it to get the right size. The tail is 3 1/2 in long way & wide part at top is 2 7/8 in. part that goes on bulb is 1 7/8 in wide. Each wing is 4 3/8 in long & 1 5/8 in. wide. So all you have to do is shape it like she did.LOL I think A red bird would be perfect for Valentine's day also so I have to paint that bulb. The feet should be about 1 5/8 in. long. I'm using pink for white bird & red for red bird. Won't look like Cardinal(my favorite bird) but think it will be cute. Haven't decided on eyes for white 1 but thinking I'll just try several things, beads,pompoms or? WIP Jan

Vikki, I found one company online that does custom ones but you have to fill out a form for a quote. I did it Friday and haven't heard back from them. I'll email you their link once they reply. I want to make sure they really do personalize them like they say before I give you their info. I want to get one with Grants name. They're so fun to do. Your moms would love them.

Theresa, I had a solid all picked out for the binding (the rest of the fabric was a kit), but when I went to the cutting table, the striped one was sitting there. It has dog names and collars on it and I couldn't resist!! And when my daughter came over today, she grabbed it right off! I did share some of the edge clippings with the puppy and we play tug-a-war with it :-) Robbi

Thanks that link worked. I saved it . I went to the scrapbooking pages because I'm looking for pages to make on the computer and store in the computer -not print out- It has some info on using WORD.
