www.grdglobal.com is a site that helped me when I required products for my home. I responded to another member asking if anyone knew of a place they could buy grilles & registers on the web. "SPAM they are not", "giving great customer service, high quality products at low prices they are"!

If You know a good cabinet maker, he probably can build you some. I'm thinking about something similar to adjustable window shutters, only on a smaller scale. I have enclosed some window units in a Cold Water system and built diffusers into the top. They turned out pretty nice. You'll get a good match on your cherry too.

2 separate units will do the job, but cost of maintenance and break downs of 2 units as opposed to one with zone controls will in the long run be more costly. You have 2 units to maintain, you have 2 units to repair when they break. Tag team event. One system breaks down one month. The other system breaks down the next month. Doesn't always happen this way... but it could. zoning has to be done right. So what does that cost? I don't know I am not there. 'Design, Design, Design' other wise 'Trouble, Trouble, Trouble'.

air register under vanity - built in to to toe kick or no?

In a small bathroom the vanity is a great place for storage. The door and draws hide a lot of things. If you do go with the vanity, then the first thing you can do is make the size of the vent cover smaller. It does not have to be that big. It looks like there is no duct installed under the vanity. The air is just coming out from a hole in the wall or floor and into the vanity base. A big hole was cut to fit a big vent. The vent can be half that size for bathroom of this size. You could also install the vent on the side of vanity by the toilet bowl. This hides it when you are entering the bathroom. The air flow might be a little less but it should be fine for a bathroom.

If you have no association with the seller it might be acceptable to post their name, but if you are in business you just violated the terms of service of this site.

Given that you registered the same day you posted this it would tend to indicate the latter.

I have found a site that provides wall and ceiling grilles and registers for the home when I was searching for a replacement register. I did not use the site since I don't believe it is ready for commerce but give it a try.

Since you all think I have done something wrong in reading a post new or otherwise and responding to a post, I though might have helped any new post that the site in reference is open and I was pleased with the service and price I received.
