Chipped Tile Installed...WWYD?

Our master bath was grouted Saturday morning, and when we peaked at it that night, we noticed one tile had no grout around it. Odd, but the light was poor so we couldn't see the tile was cracked which is why it wasn't grouted. On Monday they replaced that tile, and it was grouted sometime this week.

I was looking at the grouted floor last night, and saw a chipped tile. I commented to DH "So they decided not to replace that tile afterall?" Turns out it's a different tile next to the one they replaced, and it's grouted in. The chip is a sliver missing..it's about 1/16" wide and about 1" long on a 12"x20" tile. I noticed it because the missing sliver makes the grout line appear bigger there. The tile is located in the middle of the room, right between the doorway and the vanity.

It's the bottom right corner of the centered tile located closer to the vanity:

Should we have them try and cut it out, or does that risk causing more damage to adjacent tiles?
