You could keep the toilet and turn it into a European style wet room. I would turn the whole floor area into a shower pan.

have thought of that but since I'd be showering while being covered in dirrt fro gardening figured the toilet would be a nightmare to keep clean.. same for a sink and the room is so small. Any suggestions for wall coverings.??
Of the showers stalls I've checked looks like the dim , would leave a space between the walls. besides leaving a very tiny area behind.. I suppose this would have to be elevatedto provide a J trap or would that be necessary with the toilet sewer?? Obviously the sink drain would be easier to seal off .. Thanks for the help !! gary

I'm with Palimspest -- Turn the whole thing into a wet room with a handheld shower you could use to hose off the toilet and sink. What I *would not* do is try to find a pre-fab shower pan to meet your needs. I'm betting it simply doesn't exist, and if it does, would be priced so high (since it's a specialty item) that you'd save nothing over a custom-built one anyway.

OR - What about keeping the half-bath more or less as is, but adding a door to the greenhouse, and mounting a hand-held shower head on the greenhouse side? Shower in the greenhouse surrounded by tropical plants, with a teak floor-board system or raised floor over a special drain. That keeps the indoors side dryer, simplifies the plumbing and construction, and could be a great design feature.

Had thought of adding th door to the GH but this would mean no toilet for sure .It's standing right where the door would be. Did you check the dim of this room ,not to mention TWO doors?? lol I do shower in the GH right now but with COLD water and no access to clean clothes .must go outside to enter the house so no naked people lol. I also resent losing a square foot in the greenhouse not to mention I'd still have to do something with the "half bath" It is WAY too small for even a toilet anyway. Like being in a coffin when you shut the pocket door.lol
I've found shower pans that come within inches of this size but would prefer to build the walls . But of what material.? Don't want all the expense of the "usual" setups

Can you draw it out to scale? Show the bedroom, bath (with toilet, sink and doors) and greenhouse. That would really help.

Wish I could (Computer chalenged) lol I went to Home Depot an they thought I was crazed not only couldn't they imagine a two door shower an outside entrance was really crazy lol Not only can't I do it they can't help.lol
Since there will be two doors obviously there would only be two walls. For the door that enters the GH I'm thinking a standard aluminum stormdoor if I can find one under two feet wide. for the door into the bedroom a shower curtain. Thought I'd use a shower pan ,one as close to the room size as I can find or alter the room to fit it. But what would be good materials to use for the fixed walls?? Those that I've found (fiberglass) would not reach to the ceiling. o I'm thinking fiber glass roofing panels but these are at least semi transparent ,with wavy edges. Could of course use cement boad and cover with tile but was thinking a cheaper solution . More concerned with cost and function rather than looks (obviously) lol

BTW When I bought this house it was listed as 4 bedroom bath and a half . They should have described it as a small bath with telephone booth , The fourth (bedroom) is 4x8 feet !!! How in the heck would you put a bed in it?? Should have been listed as large closet lol

Where is that 4x8 "bedroom" located? I am wondering if you could just convert this bathroom (under discussion) into a closet and convert that 4x8 "bedroom" into a comfortable bath room?? Just a suggestion.

Guess I'm not making myself very clear lol. I don't want a bathroom but a place to shower from working in the yard.. But located within the house with warm water clothes and all that good stuff without going outside.
Since the room is so tiny it can't be used as bathroom anyway.
Picture this tiny room adjoing the outside wall .On the other side is the attached greenhouse. By placing a door on the short wall you could enter from the greenhouse, shower ,exit from the present door on long wall into a bedroom Plumbing is already there even the opening to the Gh, as there is a window but would have to enlarged. A two door shower lol. Figured I should just convert the entire space as the toilet sits where the exterior door would be , might keep the sink on the opposite wall but figure it would get too dirty as well as not being used. Will decide that when I come up with a wall covering. Thought a shower pan would be easiest since it's already sloped ,needs no covering but find the prefabricated walls that go with these are too short so would probably need to make my own but of what?? Since there will be two doors only two walls will be fixed. I thought there must be alternative materials than those used in the "normal" shower?? Don't want to spens a lot of money but don't want it to fall apart either.
As to the "bedroom" I thought everyone would catch my joke?? How could you have a BR 4x8 feet? If you put a bed in it you'd have to crawl over the bed to get into the room.lol To make it even funnier this "BR" also has a 2x3 closet in the room!!! It's used as a passible "computer room"
