Pics of my Flag Bag and Wreath decorations. The Crow is dangling the little fabric Americana Heart by a silver thread from his mouth. He picked it up cause it's shiny!

Sal, I just love your flag bag and wreath. You did a wonderful job on both of them. I can't pick a favorite of the two. Thanks for sharing these with us.

Thanks everyone!! I love decorating for fall almost as much as I love decorating for Christmas! The pumkins were easy to make only took a few hours. They are left over pieces that have been sitting in the wood pile for a couple of years. I just sponged on orange paint and painted some details. Then I coated them with sealer. The idea actually came from some made by gram nh, she posted them last year... it took me a whole year to do them!! LOL!!! Kirk, glad to see you pop in. I fear the postage would be way too much! He's actually falling apart and can't be moved. Something has been eating him from the inside out. I'm glad he made it one more year. Where are your decos for this year?? We need pictures. Ms Pumpkin is a lady cat and she just likes laying in the sun when she can sneak outsid... she is kept inside most of the time... very spoiled! I have added a basket of silk flowers to my iron chair.. still need a new flag pole to put the flag out.

Karen, I love the purple/black boa wreath. I had saved a picture of a black one with sets of those "googly" eyes glued all over it! That one just hit my "funny bone" at the time, but the nice full boas at Michael's were like $8.99 each so I haven't tried to make one yet--need to buy one when I have a coupon to use. Bonniee, that wreath your husband made is great. Tell him he did a great job on it. ;o) Luvs

Jeanne...Dollbaby looks so adorable and so festive..pearls and all!! I remember the picture of you wearing 'her' outfit..you look so cute and what a kick that you can enjoy it again on Dollbaby! Her nativity is so sweet. I remember you saying it was from your parents...what a treasure to have. I love your wall basket. You did a beautiful job on it, and your buffet also looks beautiful as usual. Great buy on the pinecone wreath...looks perfect with your new candle. I'm also loving the twig stars. I found one at GW w/o a price..but when I went to ask how much...they wanted too much (I thought) for it. I like how you placed them on the buffet with the deer and the lighted jar. Can't wait to see it with the pink sheer ribbon--I'll bet that will make it fantastic! ;o) Luvs P.S. Oddie, did you ever do the yarn wreaths that are made on the same principle as these? We just cut a cardboard rectangle and wrapped yarn around and around it, then slipped the loops off, tied them in the middle and tied them onto a wire hoop. Took two or three large skeins of yarn but they were full and puffy. I remember one I had done in white yarn, had it for allot of years. These baggie ones made me think of the yarn ones too. ;o)

Thank you for the nice comments Sandi, Karen and Luvs, just trying to make some different decorations for Memorial Day and the 4th of July coming up. I get tired of the old stuff.

Those are really cute & unique, I get what you're saying about wanting something different than the same old things all the time.. I guess the wreath is my favorite, love the little flag in the center, framed by the eagle.
