Easter Table

Once again, I've been MIA too much. As you may remember, I lost my job back in the Fall but come the first of Feb I started working again. My new job is going well. Less stressful than any I have had in the past. I love that it is 10 minutes form home! I don't think I've every worked in the same city that I live it LOL. I also got to pick my hours so I am now home by 4:15 everyday!
I was kind of in a funk as dad's passing anniversary aprroached but kept my spirits as high as I could for my double nickle birthday on the 15th :-) Mr. B has had some changes at his job too and finally got the promotion he has waited years for!
I have missed you all but know I am lurking around the edges :-)
A few weeks ago I was also given the chance to shop at World Market when they recently re-opened a store in a new location. I bought with Easter in mind. So, here is my World Market Easter Table

Wow, MMW ...that 'World Market' must have been a fabulous place to visit! Love the centerpc vase & all the stems are gorgeous!! Those teal glass jars are perfect for candlelight & will be lovely outdoors this summer, too!

The charger is so lovely & each place setting, so elegant. Kudos on the new job & to your hubby's promotion, too! Good for you both!!! TFS this lovely Easter t'scape! Jeanne S.

Kathe, beautiful Easter table! Love the patterns and color on both of the plates. Candle jars with the egg rings are so pretty. Lovely Roses and oh so many.Woohoo

Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments. Jane, I am surprised at how nice the GD flatware is too. Jeanne, my DD has a lovely garden. Everything bloomed early because of the unseasonably warm weather we've had. But the cold snap that came through Sunday night damaged just about everything. Punk. I added the cling eggs to the stems last year. The colors are not bright so they don't show up very well. I am having Easter dinner here. We will probably have ham. There will be 12 to 16 of us. not sure yet. I'm thinking of setting up smaller tables instead of one large one..[that gets to be a hassle]. It is cozier that way, I think, and I can use different "new" dishes at each table. Nana

Oh what fun @your dining room table w/the purple/yellow combo! Love it! ...esp the eye-poppin' huge eggs @each corner ...great idea! Everything just cries 'cutesie' in a good way ...oohhh, how lil' Gr'kids (& Gr'ma's) would love this table. The yellow cookie cutters are a fun addition & the plates & napkin holders ...way cute! Enjoyed this so much! And then, your sunroom table ... I am sorry to be drooling (& I wish I could figure out a better word) ... this is such a combo of 'sunny & cheerful' & 'elegant' combined! Those dishes from Cracker Barrel (ohhhh) & that t'cloth you found some time back is so perfect for an Easter t'scape along w/white wicker chairs. Always enjoy your 'candy shots,' too! TFS, candy! Thanks, holiday-ers...for the "sweet tweak" comments! punk...those eggs in the basket are faux ones (maybe wood material?)...not real heavy...I've had them a long time! They look real! Punk, You have so many cute Easter Bunnies it is hard to see them all. I love the purple Easter Grass you saved. I am always saving "stuff" because I might need it for something sometime, LOL. I hope you find your other Aqua Egg! I get so annoyed when I know I have something and then can't find it...GRRR. Anyway, I would like to sit at the clear egg substitue setting as I gave up Chocolate for Lent and I see it has lots of chocolate in it, HA HA. I just finally found my pink feather wreath this morning! It was behind a bunch of my fall/halloween decor! I need to remember to rotate my seasonal decor in the future and put the stuff I am taking down BEHIND the decor for future holidays!!! As in, move the Easter stuff in front when I am putting the Halloween away, DUH! DGD will be thrilled with all you have done. It is so cute and I really like the big aqua eggs, so sure hope you find the one that is already hidden, teehee. Maybe if you hide eggs for DGD, she'll find it for you. you chose colors perfect for Easter.

Your Easter table is lovely. What fun to shop at World Market and find such lovely things.
I like the look of the crocheted place mats and the layering of those beautiful chargers and other dishes . Your roses and new vase are gorgeous., in fact your whole tablescape is done beautifully..
We had another snow storm last night, and seeing
this was what I needed to 'keep the faith' that Spring WILL COME soon!

OMGoodness....I am drooling here! This color is my new favorite and your table setting is gorgeous! LOVE the chargers....so pretty. Your plates go perfectly as well and the napkin rings are lovely....could be used for so many tables. Thanks for sharing.....just the boost I needed.
