Culinarian w Grill + Other Questions for owners.

I posted this in the Capital thread and i decided to start a separate thread as it inevitably will get lost in the thread.

I am looking into getting a 36" range from capital and i cannot seem to decide whether to get the grill or leave it at 6 burners.

I know few of you who have received the CC with grills and just wondering of how you found the grill inhouse for cooking, when it comes to:

- even heat over the grill.

- smell after cooking as i am assuming the grill will have a metallic and/or food smell like outside grills.

- Taste/Searing qualities

- and finally if you love it or hate it.

I have used indoor grills but mostly in a commerical settings so i am not sure how close do these come or am i better off having outside grill.

I will for sure have the wok ring and am also wondering if it will interfere if centre channel is a grill (if wok 16" or bigger).

I have read a few threads about having grills and some people love them and some hate them... I just want to get opinions about the CC grill from owners and any other suggestions you may have.
