I absolutely LOVE this flooring so much and if I had no dogs, that is what I would want throughout my home. I now feel like pricing it for my home office area or the family room. It is stunning and looks so real. But I do know water and wood do not mix since I just had water damage from my air conditioner failing and leaking. I now have to replace the engineered wood in my foyer area near the utility room and bathroom.

Plumbingonline.ca is in Canada. I don't know if they have copper sinks but I've had great success with them for price and speed. Wayfair.ca is American but sells in Canadian dollars. They have a nice selection but a tendency to send me broken light fixtures. I got my bathroom sink and shower pan from Amazon.ca. They sell in Canadian dollars with most goods shipped from Canada. Check the warehouse deals section...I got my $500 sink for $78 CDN.

We were just looking for a certain length so 3 basins + drain board was the best fit and price. Ideally would have had 2 basins + 2 drain boards. It is big. Our sink has the integral backsplash for a wall-mount faucet and is bolted to the side of the house, but the drain board will hold my weight at least temporarily (just climbed up to check). If truly freestanding would there be a tipping concern? +1 on the sprayer suggestion. Ours is from Chicago faucets, they have lots of configurations. The integral backsplash is useful because we make big messes! Since you will be inside you will have more wall covering options :-) If you are going big, check shipping costs, they might have to send by truck. I think shipping was a big part of our cost -- but all in, it was still quite a bit cheaper than the kitchen sink.

I take it you are a CA tenant as I see your water heater is strapped to the wall. I agree with the other posters that this is an unsafe situation and I am very much concerned for you. You have my condolences as a fellow CA resident. I own, but my young adult daughters are/were tenants to what I call slumlords while paying exorbitant rents. It's rough out there as a tenant these days. One feels they should be happy they only pay $2000+ a month for horrible living conditions and shouldn't make waves in case one gets evicted for having put in a repair request. I say many times a week the world has gone crazy here in CA. Having said that, CA is also a state where photos such as you provided above are of serious interest to the local building code dept and the state attorney general. This is an illegal set-up and a hazard. The landlord, whether he or she likes it or not, is obligated to provide safe living conditions. Your set-up is a disaster waiting to happen. I will take a leap and suggest your rental property is not properly permitted as a rental as this would not pass inspection. Work needs to be done to bring your laundry room up to code. You might want to print this thread out and show it to your landlord when you submit a repair request, for your own safety. You also might want to omit my 2nd paragraph to not give a slumlord ideas for his own gain... Take care
