Bathroom lighting advice

So I'm pushing forward with my master bath renovation. I'm trying to nail down a lighting scheme. Below is the proposed layout. It's an 8'x11' bathroom.

Right now I'm thinking about doing two wall sconces (haven't decided on 2 or 3 bulb),one above each vanity sink. Then there'll be a light/fan combo midway between the toilet and the shower, basically in front of the window. And lastly, a recessed light directly above the entrance to the shower.

Does this seem like enough/good lighting scheme?

Also, can someone reccomend a good light/fan combo? I thought I read somewhere that some of them come with night lights now?

Also, with a bathroom this size, would you put all the lights on one switch? Or break them up between two switches? Pros and cons?

Thanks for you help!
