Hi Jim - your Stickley furniture appears to be the Cherry Valley type of stuff, very nice, and it is still being made to a large extent. The very old collectible "mission oak" stuff signed by Gustav Stickley is what those auction houses will be dealing in, and that is not what you have. You have colonial reproductions in solid cherry, some of the finest made, but not arts & crafts era touched-by-actual-Stickley-brothers material. Now as for the Cushman item, I am a Cushman collector, and the legs being missing is KILLING me. What you have is a 3-60 magazine box, which, according to company records was made ONLY in 1933. It is part of the Cushman Colonial Creations line designed by Herman DeVries (highly noted) who came from Holland and worked for Cushman in the 1930s helping them to establish this "rustic modern" line of furniture - it has always been unique in the industry. I have no picture of this particular model in my book but it is supposed to be 17" tall altogether including whatever legs it would have had. Looks like an original Cushman Maple finish too - very important. You never want to refinish Cushman - the collectibility is in that reddish lacquer finish. This is worth $100 to $200 (suggested) in the book, but because of rarity I would assume twice that value easily if it had the legs on it. The more rare 1930s Cushman pieces in good original condition go for some nice money online. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

Leather would be a great choice with the Mission look tables. Besides H & M take a look at Leathercraft, Classic or Mckinley Leather. All of these lines have the same high quality standards and all use leathers from the same tanneries. They all are also made by hand in North Carolina. If you are looking for a similar style to these manufactures but don't want to spend that much money take a look at Omnia Leather. They are also American made and there price is considerately sharper. Still great quality and all premium leathers are used. Just curious what did you decide? My settle (same as your different fabric) is 30 years old and I am planning to get it reupholstered by Stickley. I know it will probably cost more but afraid of ruining it if I have someone else do it. Also have a few water stains on arms maybe could all be restored.
