Bill V. or others good with tile...are these good suggestions?

So I bit the bullet and bought a marble basketweave tile from the tile shop (as per my earlier threads...). The salesman made the following suggestions and I wanted to see what you thought or if you had any other suggestions for this type of stone:

FROM THE TILE GUY AT THE TILE SHOP:

**use thinsetÂDO NOT use MASTIC! Has to be medium grade, latex fortified, and WHITE

**use highest grade sealer you can afford!!! Natural will look just like the tile. Enhanced will darken it.

Process:

Set in floor.

SEAL IT BEFORE YOU GROUT IT!

Give it 24 hours before you grout itÂsealer will give more grout release

Use UNSANDED GROUT

2nd day apply groutÂclean with a semi damp sponge

Allow grout to dry for 24 hours to cure.

Use a latex additive with the grout to resist staining

Only clean the tile floor with Simple Green or a mild dish detergent.

Thanks!! Just trying to collect all my info before the process begins!!
