Has anyone ordered tub from Baths of Distinction?

Love the pedestal tub! This one is quite a bit cheaper from one like this at Victoria +Albert. However, I don't want it to look cheap! Anyone ordered from this company? Reviews?

I just discovered them tonight - and there's one that I really like .. way more than I thought I'd spend but it sure it something I'd love to look at each day.

I, too, would love some feedback on the company and their products.

Where did you net out? I too love their tubs and am very interested in buying one of the large bateau pedestal tubs. What did you decide to do?

Hello I'm new to the site. I have been given a hot tub and i am trying to figure out how to turn it into a fish pond It cracked over winter so I'm just going to seal it.. It works ... So can I use the jets and it has a little built in waterfall ???I know the jets are powerful so I would have to find a way to weaken them.... Any ideas.... I would like to use as much as the original hot tub as possible .

Hi We quite often see similar information requests on websites like Gardenweb dot com that go unanswered. As a business we are not allowed to say too much on the forums, but I feel it would be rude not to respond to you. We have been selling a range of our tubs through overstock for several years. If you did buy a tub form us and didn't like it, we wouldn't ask you to keep it and we wouldn't even ask you to pay shipping. Thank you all for your educational comments regarding this vendor. I was considering VTB for a solid surface shower base and will definitely NOT be ordering from them after reading the reviews. So many products arrive damaged these days that to think a seller would decline to provide replacements or offer to compensate someone who spent $$ with them is ridiculous. I was considering VTB as I had several vanities delivered by Lowes arrive with hairline cracks and damaged corners (oops dropped during shipping), and similar experiences with products from Wayfair, and Appliances Connection (stove looked like someone had run it over with a forklift), so I was broadening my search. You all have saved me some time and I appreciate it. I may just do custom since that, I can do myself, and get it right the first time. Oh well.

I know this is an old thread. I'm comtemplating if I want a tub at all but if I get an air or a jetted tub, if the sides have stone around, how do you reach the motor if you need a repair? Just curious if anyone has dealt with that situation. For my current outdated tub, I can reach the motor through the the cabinet; I have a cut out there. I could do the same thing. But adding a slab of quartz to a tub make for a very expensive tub. Dominique, what did you decide and are you happy with your decision?

I never got any feedback from anyone on their tubs.

The Italian tub that I liked is close to $3000 and I had to face the reality that it just breaks the budget.

The double-ended antique that southernmum likes is beautiful - a great buy - but I think it may be a little too deep for me. I'm only 5'2" and it's 27.9" high.

Which tub did you like? I recently found tubs by Maax that are priced in the $1500-2000 range - the Jazz, Sax and Ella embossed, Ella sleek - but they're 66" x 36" x 24" high- just a little lower which makes a BIG difference at my height

Take a look and tell me what you think. They offer some interesting apron colors too.
