I would stay away from trying to achieve this yourself. It matters what color your hair is as well as the texture, tenacity, and porosity. Toners are sometimes used (separate process) to correct the finished color. Brassy hair can be corrected by applying a blue, violet, etc. toner. Hair color has levels that range from dark to light and youâÂÂre removing levels of melanin (the pigments in your hair) as you go. All professional coloring systems have their own set of âÂÂrulesâ for formulating their color line to get the desired results you need. All come with swatches and thereâÂÂs a process of figuring out what needs to be done. Ordering professional products online (tubes of color and developer) without having the rest of the information is about as much of a guess as buying box color, IMO. Also, depending on if bleach is used, if the person is slow or doing a lot of foils, etc. (I know you didnâÂÂt mention foils) the product should actually be mixed in different batches (with different formulations) for sections so that the bleach processes evenly and is finished at the same time. On the plus side it wonâÂÂt take as long to achieve and should cost less than if you had really dark hair! This post was edited by sheesharee on Fri, Jun 20, 14 at 3:29

Hi Bill, The house we're doing is in Hollywood, Fl... probably about 40 minutes from HOmestead. DH wants to try and do the tile with his son; but I'm prepared to pay for installation. I'm probably going to go with large format, rectangle, epoxy grout, in a running bond pattern. Bottom line... travertine require maintaince? The porcelain I want to look are the ones you have previously recommended... Cerodomus, Porcelenosa, and some other one whose name begins with a G I think but can't think of now. Again, I want through body color and rectified... any other suggestions? Thanks so much, Elyse

Approach 1. When you see her coming, look busy and after a curt hello, say that you got thing that have to be done, turn your back to her and busy yourself at your desk. Approach 2. Arrange with friend to call your phone when she comes to your office/cubicle/work-space. you can answer the phone and say, "Please excuse me. I need to take this call." If you wish to continue in converstation with the intuder, merely answer the phone normally, acknowledge the caller and hang up. Approach 3. Stand up and walk with the intruder to the doorway, excuse yourself and state that you have some affiars you need to attend to. This is the more gentle solution. Walking with the intruder to the doorway is non-thresting, lets the person know you are not angry and truly need to get back to business. At this point, you could defer the conversation to a later time, say the noon hour when you may have the time to spend. Unless it is important, most deferred conversations are forgotten and never restarted (by the offender). Appoach 4. When all else fails and the offender persists, get rough. Speak directly and look at the face. If you are uncomfortable about looking directly into the eye, look at a spot on the forehead above the eye. State that you are here to do a job and do not have time to engage in idle activity during the working period. If it is work related, then ok, but for other stuff, you will deal with that during your spare times such as lunch or breaks. And then turn back to your work. If it happens again, tell her that the boss has been watching. He has engaged an "office spy" to report to him when he is not present. Now get out of my hair and stop bothering me. For all you know, I may be the office spy.

We just got our tile! We were also skeptical of ordering from Tile.Expert, but the online reviews and local pricing quotes on tile we really liked convinced us to give them a try. We've been planning far enough ahead on our remodel that a 9-week lead time was workable, and we were excited to have our small but heavy (1,377lbs!) pallet of tile delivered this week; with the freight driver noting that the tile was really well packed compared to some he's seen. The boxes were each tightly strapped to ensure no rattling or movement, then wrapped with a very strong, very thick shrink wrap that kept everything solidly in place, and then all that was strapped down further for it's trip from Italy to the PNW. We unpacked all of it the last two days to find there was not one single broken tile in the shipment, and it was exactly as we'd ordered, at a price well under what we could have gotten locally (we had local tile shop quote on the exact same material, with our designers discount, and it was still significantly higher). We'll try to post some pics once it's all installed in a couple of months:) but wanted to share our experience and recommend the tile.expert folks in the meantime!
